Production Notes

Last night, to a near capacity crowd, "Do it, Miss Celie!" completed the last show of it's inaugural run at the 14th Street Playhouse.  Every show this week has been a unique and truly amazing experience, but last night was something out of this world.  To Rama, Andrew, Cecil, Timmonte, Jai, Kayin, hat's off, and in the immortal words of Ms. Maria Howell after she witnessed it Wednesday night..."Brava!"

With so many people demanding this show continue in some capacity very soon, you can be sure the wheels are alreday turning in our head as to when and where we can continue this work, and "Do it, Miss Celie," can "Do it," again.  Mark this site in your browser and keep your ears open for news that we have returned, because we ARE definitely coming back!
